We lost access to the top level pro remote because our company grew to 14 stores. We where told we are too big of a company now. We sell 500+ starters a year out of our location alone and do a ton of high end installs. We aren’t a franchise, we are owned by a single operator, and have no other compustar competitors in any of our markets. Yet we still aren’t allowed T13 or R5’s. Yes this massive chain with massive expansion plans is allowed the remotes that are suppose to be top level pro dealer only….. Massive double standard, and a case to stop supporting the brand after over 20 years of being exclusivity with it.
