SiriusXM the Tour

SiriusXM introduced its first 360L car receiver for the aftermarket.  With the new 360L service, drivers get on-demand programming and extra channels.  They can create Pandora stations and give songs a thumbs up or down when used with a mobile hotspot or phone hotspot.

Called The Tour, the 360L receiver streams over the Internet as well as receiving satellite radio.  It provides 10,000 hours of live content on-demand and offers suggestions for content based on the users’ listening preferences.

The Tour is a portable receiver with a 4.3-inch screen that sits in a dock in the car and it can connect to a radio via Bluetooth, auxiliary input or FM transmitter to play music and audio through the car’s sound system.

The Tour is on display at CES in the VOXX booth, Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, booth #13518.

The unit can be voice activated (but not via Alexa). And it’s backwards compatible with existing docks.

It is due around May at a tentative price in the ballpark of $149.

Then you must pair it to your Pandora equipped phone.
