This part really speaks to me. I think a lot of folks who are true artists suffer from getting bored easily. It’s extremely awesome that the owner recognizes this, and realizes it’s not a fault, but a responsibility of the manager to provide the appropriate stimulation/ work to keep a high skilled and creative individual motivated and interested.

That comment alone makes this sound like heaven. Great management is hard to find.. but once you find someone who is worth working for the rest just falls into place. Great article.

I had the pleasure/honor of meeting and working with Matt many many years ago and I have to say that back then he was making magic.
