Both systems feature a tuned Bluetooth speaker for the outdoor environment. WIND3S is your Bluetooth solution while WIND3 adds Aux input & FM tuner to stay connected to local broadcast.
Both models are IP67 waterproof/dustproof rated. Both include the handlebar clip for secure mounting to round bar application.
