Google announced at CES 2022 that Motorola is introducing a wireless Android Auto dongle that converts a wired Android Auto radio to a wireless one.
Users can keep their phones in their pocket or purse and connect wirelessly to Android Auto through the dongle called the Motorola MA1.
It will be available from SGW Global, a Motorola partner, as of January 28 at an MSRP of $89.95 via https://www.motorolasound.com and retailers.
Your car must be compatible with Android Auto, and your Android phone must run Android 11 or higher.
Motorola MA1 features include:
- Fast media transmission (5 GHz WiFi for wireless Android Auto)
- Direct USB plug-in to existing Android Auto-enabled vehicles
- Fast automatic connection using Bluetooth
- Lightweight, sleek design
