Metra Electronics is shipping its first dash kit for late model Honda Civics under the TurboTouch line, offering a second built-in touchscreen for control of OEM features such as climate control. It also has a wiring harness and interface to retain OE Honda LaneWatch, as well the backup camera and audio steering wheel buttons.
The new kit works with 2016-2021 Civic models (excluding the LX). Model 99-7821B TurboTouch has a built-in 4.3-inch touchscreen and retains most of the features typically lost when replacing the factory radio. The kit also includes backlit hard button controls that can be customized with 250 colors.
The kit includes an antenna adapter for the aftermarket radio AM/FM reception and it fits single or double DIN radios.
