KENWOOD USA is shipping two new budget-priced head units with CarPlay and Android that also include built in CD/DVD players.
The DDX5707S ($369.95 MAP) and DDX57S ($369.95 MAP) are step up models to the new leader CarPlay radios Kenwood shipped in May at $299 each.
The units offer 6.8” WVGA clear glass capacitive touchscreens, SiriusXM capability, Android phone screen mirroring, a rear view camera input to add a back-up camera, front, rear, and subwoofer RCA pre-outs, and built-in Bluetooth for hand-free phone calls and music streaming.
