Alpine Electronics of America, Inc. is shipping the new PSS-24WRA 300-Watt Complete Sound Upgrade Package for the four-door, non-amplified 2018 and Up Jeep Wrangler and non-amplified 2020 and Up Jeep Gladiator.
The 5-channel powered system is weather resistant for use when the Jeep top is down. It replaces the factory Jeep system.
The system includes two sets of 6.5” mid-bass drivers and 1” tweeters that replace the front and rear soundbar factory speakers. They are tuned for the unique cabin environment of the Wrangler and Gladiator.
The PSS-24WRA has a 4-channel power pack amplifier and an 8” powered, compact subwoofer. It is compatible with Alpine’s 9-inch X409-WRA-JL navigation/radio with Off-Road Model.
A T-harness is available for easy installation and it offers vehicle-specific speaker connections and pods for the Wrangler and Gladiator. Tweeter adapter plates use the original factory tweeter locations. Vehicle-specific mounting brackets are included to secure the 8” compact subwoofer and the 4-channel amplifier under the passenger seat, without drilling.
