Alpine Electronics previewed at KnowledgeFest a new universal in-dash DVD/receiver with navigation.
The unit sets a new lower price in Alpine’s lineup for DVD navigation with CarPlay and Android Auto.
Called the INE-W970HD, the receiver has a 6.5 inch screen and will ship in October at $799. It also offers built-in HD Radio and SiriusXM capability.
Other features include two USB inputs/ 2 camera inputs and an HDMI input, as well as smartphone mirroring via HDMI and Bluetooth.
It joins two mechless navigation decks from Alpine that shipped in July, including the 7-inch INE-W987HD and 8-inch X308U, both with CarPlay and Android Auto at $1299.95 for the INE-W987HD and $1499.95 for the X308U.
