JVC announced at the CES Show this week two Android Auto Wireless radios, and in fact, may be the first aftermarket supplier to ship the new wireless form of Android Auto.

JVC is offering two Android Auto Wireless decks slated to ship this month including the KW-V940BW at $699.95 and the mechless KW-M845BW at $599.95.  As with all Android Auto radios, they now get Google Assistant so you can ask the radio questions or operate home devices from the car. Additionally, the radios include wired CarPlay.

Like Kenwood radios, the new JVC decks can work with an app called WebLink to allow Waze control from the radio. Both also use a 6.8-inch touch screen. The units are both SiriusXM ready and support Hi-Res Audio 192kHz /24-bit FLAC  files.

Also new are two wired CarPlay/Android Auto JVC decks that start at $399.95 retail price including the mechless (no DVD/CD) KW-M740BT with WebLink Waze access and 6.8-inch screen and the KW-V840BT that adds a DVD player.

JVC also introduced its first new 10-inch woofer in over a decade. The model CWDR104 and a 12-inch CWDR124 carry prices of $79.95.
