Best Buy has been testing a few integration devices from AudioControl at several of its stores.
AudioControl confirmed its LC2i and LC7i line output converters are in a test trial at a limited number of Best Buy stores.
AudioControl CEO said, “It’s very complementary to building the brand and promoting it; to our direct dealers as well. It’s a relatively limited test they asked us for.”
Chris Bennett of AudioControl added, “Everyone that does car audio has to have the right integration tools and they realized we’re the best with those tools and they wanted to give it a shot. So far the test is successful. It’s a very, very, very limited SKU mix…..It’s helped them solve some issues they’ve seen in the bays.”
The LC2i and LC7i line output converters come with AccuBASS to to correct bass roll off.
We also saw an Epicenter product on display at the Best Buy in Danbury, CT.
Retail prices for the LC2i and LC7i on Bestbuy.com are $99.99 and $199.99.
