Porsche announced new CarPlay decks that are designed to fit and complement its older car models.
A single DIN version with 3.5 inch display and a double DIN version with 7 inch display are available, with the latter fitting Porsche 996 and 986 models. Together, the radios accommodate many vehicles from the 1960’s to 1990’s, allowing consumers to upgrade the radio but match the car’s interior.
In addition to CarPlay, the radios feature Bluetooth, USB port, SD card slot, and aux in, as well as DAB+. They have rotary knobs and 6 buttons in addition to the touchscreen.
Pricing is $1,556 and $1,736.
