Custom Sounds Names Director of Operations

Custom Sounds announced it has appointed Chris Burrow, a long time regional manager, to the post of Director of Operations. He replaces Fadi Issa, who is now President of Custom Sounds.

Burrow was previously Regional Manager for the St Louis market with six managers reporting to him. He will now be responsible for store level operations company-wide with 5 regional managers and 19 store managers reporting to him.  His duties include “sales traininig, manager training,  regional manager training, training and more training,” said Mike Cofield, Custom Sounds CEO.

He will also be responsible for upkeep and maintenance of all stores and the chain’s 23 vehicles.  He will oversee 5 inventory control managers and 19 bay lead technicians.  “If the customer sees or feels it, touches or experiences it, it will fall in Chris’s domain.  Congratulations to Chris,” said Cofied.
