Press Release–VISTA, CA – Directed announced its products will appear on TV’s “The Price Is Right.” A contestant will receive a package with a VIPER 5906V remote start and security system, a VIPER SmartStart Pro connected car device, and Directed accessories for their vehicle.
The episode is slated to air on Tuesday, January 29th on the CBS network and its affiliates, and can be seen online on the CBS website for one week after the episode airs. This is the first of several episodes which will feature VIPER products.

You might not care, but the point is to build new customer awareness through new channels – it’s advertising and marketing… It’s putting the Viper name and remote start technology into millions of households that otherwise may not be aware.
This is a good thing, not a bad thing.
Directed should be more focused on the needs of their dealers.
I believe I speak for the industry when I say that no one really cares if Viper is on The Price is Right.
They should offer consistent pricing and not be out of stock on key models during remote starter season.
