Press Release: TAMPA, FL– DOW Technologies, a leading independently owned technology distributor, hosted its third DOW Elite Dealer Retreat earlier this month, drawing over 300 customer attendees, representing 148 companies.
Forty two vendors participated in the retreat, at Lake Oconee, Georgia, which included training, product demonstrations, and a trade show. The event featured a panel of industry leaders speaking about what they see for the future of their industries, how independent small to medium businesses should be preparing now, and what opportunities those businesses should pursue. The panel included Rick Kojan, Sony Head of Sales–Aftermarket Car Audio; Jim Mayo, Samsung Executive Directors–Sales Customer Install/Indirect Sales; Giles Sutton, CEDIA Senior VP-Member Success & Sales; and John Yodzis, DOW Technologies President & CEO.
