Larry Rougas returned to Pioneer Electronics USA as Senior VP of Sales after leaving the company to accept at post at Nikon, Inc.
Rougas served at Pioneer for 18 years before heading to Nikon in 2013. He originally joined Pioneer in 1995 as a Product Specialist in Long Island NY, pursuing his high school hobby in car audio.
He worked his way up the ranks at Pioneer to become a Zone Manager for the North East, then VP of National Accounts and eventually, Senior VP of Marketing, Product Planning and Sales Planning.
At Nikon he was a Regional Manager and then Director of Sales.
Rougas was instrumental in bringing Pioneer into the digital age, helping to launch the App Radio that integrated apps such as Pandora.
Good man…smart move for Pioneer.
