Dynaudio new US distributor for car audio

Dynaudio, a high end car audio sound systems will now be distributed by the new ARPA of America group that also distributes brands including Zapco.

Until now, Dynaudio North America served as its own US distributor.  However, President of Dynaudio, Americas, Michael Manousselis noted that the company, “is so much more weighted towards the home audio and custom install markets, we felt it would be best to partner with a dedicated mobile distributor to better support our 12V dealers and to grow the brand moving forward.”

He added, “For Dynaudio, this agreement underscores our commitment to the 12-volt market. By partnering with established mobile audio professionals and aligning Dynaudio with other leading brands serving the industry, we will be better positioned to offer the highest level of sales and customer support while providing improved service to our dealer partners and end-user customers…”

Dynaudio will continue to “heavily invest” in developing new technologies, it said.

ARPA of America is a company formed by a group of investors in January 2020 to import products to the US including Audio Wave, ESB speakers, Tchernov Cables, and Zapco Car Audio. It recently announced George Jenkins as President.  Until recently, Jenkins held the post of VP International Sales at JL Audio.

Jenkins said, “ARPA is delighted to welcome Dynaudio into our family in our quest for the ultimate sound reproduction. Their addition to our product portfolio will undoubtedly be an enormous contribution towards our goal to offer the American consumer another brand of exceptional audio quality….”

ARPA has consolidated its sales functions into a new, larger west coast shipping and warehousing operations in Vacaville, CA. Existing Dynaudio dealers are encouraged to contact Scott Welch at the Vacaville office at [email protected] or by phone at (707) 816-2415
